Botox: The effects of Botox typically last between 3 to 6 months, depending on factors like the area treated, your age, skin condition, and how your body metabolizes the product.
Fillers: The longevity of dermal fillers can vary based on the type of filler used and the area treated. Generally, fillers last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. Areas with more movement (like lips) may need touch-ups sooner, while areas with less movement (like cheeks) can last longer

The level of discomfort during Botox or filler injections can vary depending on the individual and the area being treated. Most people describe the sensation as a slight pinch or sting. However, we apply a numbing cream to the treatment area prior to your procedure to help minimize discomfort. For lip fillers, we also allow time for the numbing cream to take effect, ensuring you're as comfortable as possible during the procedure.
In general, the process is quick, and any discomfort is typically brief. If you have concerns about pain or sensitivity, feel free to discuss them with us, and we'll make adjustments to ensure a comfortable experience.

Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin are all injectable treatments made from botulinum toxin type A and are used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by temporarily relaxing the muscles that cause them. While they are all similar, there are a few key differences:
Botox: The most well-known brand, Botox is widely used for smoothing wrinkles and treating conditions like excessive sweating and migraines. It typically lasts 3-4 months.
Dysport: Dysport is similar to Botox but has a slightly thinner consistency, which may make it spread more easily in larger treatment areas like the forehead. Some people may see results more quickly with Dysport, and it can last up to 4 months.
Xeomin: Xeomin is unique because it doesn’t contain any added proteins, making it a "purer" form of botulinum toxin. This may reduce the likelihood of developing resistance to the treatment over time. Xeomin also typically lasts around 3-4 months

Most treatments have little to no downtime. Some procedures may involve minor swelling, redness, or bruising, which typically subsides within a few hours to a couple of days. Your practitioner will provide specific aftercare instructions based on your treatment

No, the effects of Botox and fillers are not permanent. They gradually wear off over time, and touch-up treatments are required to maintain results. However, results can last several months to years depending on the procedure.
